I saw these really cute tutu’s in a boutique down town and wanted to have one for little Landry’s newborn photos. Unfortunately, they were $30 and we don’t have that kind of money. So here’s what I made instead. 🙂 It turned out so cute. Next time I make it, I’ll use the more expensive tulle that softer on the skin.
